Although we’re almost into the new year, 2021 is still bringing exciting developments for the Heritage Properties team. The property was built in 1968, and interior and exterior features have both been recently renovated and thoughtfully redesigned. The Belmore’s history and its renovation process influenced the property branding, and the Heritage team worked to develop a new logo and website that could reflect both The Belmore’s mid-century beginnings and its modern upgrades. Incorporating a contemporary, vibrant color palette with mid-century shapes and style, The Belmore’s updated branding speaks to the property’s unique history and background while still being in tune with its’ timeless appeal.
